HATS represents the organization chart and more extensive employee information of the Office of Financial Affairs (AVCF). The Organization Chart
shows the overall structure of AVCF and how each employee fits into the organization. It is also designed to
be used to look up an employee's basic contact information as well as displaying the duties and workflows assigned to that
employee by clicking on the employee name. Duties will
consist of the daily activities assigned to employees and workflows are helpful lists of the steps taken to complete
common tasks in which that employee is involved or for which they are responsible.
To find a person by their last name, select A-Z Contacts from the navigation menu. The A to Z list can be sorted by any of the columns by clicking the column heading. As with
the organization chart, the A to Z List can be used to display complete information about an
employee by clicking the employee's last name.
To find department information or to list all employees in a department, select Departments from the navigation menu. To see an employee's complete information, click on the person's name.
To display assigned duties, select Duties from the navigation menu and select the duty from the dropdown list of duties
and all employees responsible for that duty will display. To find duties based on a key word, enter the key word or phrase
into the search box on the duties page and select the desired duty from the search results.
To display workflows, select Workflows from the navigation menu and select the workflow from the dropdown list of workflows and all employees involved in that workflow will be display.
To find workflows based on a key word, enter the key word or phrase into the search box on the workflows page and select the desired workflow from the search results. To see what workflow(s)
an employee is the owner of or involved in, select the employee from the organization chart or the A to Z Contact List and select from the drop down list from the Workflows tab.
